Requirements

Experience flying drones, with a feel for the mechanics of how they fly.

Experience building drones. FPV pilots are highly sought after, because they know hardware limits and how to push them.

You ship software to production across web apps, APIs, and mobile applications.

Experience with real-time video or telemetry pipelines, mesh networking, embedded or edge code, or GCS/MAVLink tooling.
