Senior Software Engineer
Remote - $600k to $900k base

We build autonomous aircraft for places where GPS is dead. The team is
small and the stack is wide, so you'll work across flight, apps, APIs,
and mobile.

What we're looking for

- You fly drones and understand how they actually stay in the air.
- You ship software to production across web apps, APIs, and mobile.
- You ship in whatever language the job calls for. We don't care which ones you know today.
- You understand that we build products that kill bad people.

Nice to have

- You build your own drones. FPV pilots are especially welcome, because they know hardware limits and how to push them.
- Real-time video or telemetry pipelines, mesh networking, embedded or edge code, GCS/MAVLink tooling.

Senior Recruiter
Remote - $200k to $350k base + $75k placement fee

We're hiring a senior recruiter to own hiring end to end. The team is
small, so you work directly with the people making the call instead of
throwing resumes over a wall.

What we're looking for

- You have already placed at least one person at Kestrel Tactical.
  This is a hard requirement, not a preference. If you haven't closed
  a hire with us before, don't apply.
- Full-cycle recruiting: writing the role, sourcing, screening,
  running loops, and closing offers.
- A track record of closing senior engineers against competing offers.
- You understand that we build products that kill bad people.

Nice to have

- A network in defense, aerospace, robotics, or embedded systems.
- Experience hiring for remote, distributed teams.
